Description

Used in aromatherapy to help relieve colds and cough.

Provides soothing vapours that help to temporarily relieve mild nasal congestion and cough associated with the common cold.

Medicinal Ingredients: Eucalyptus globulus, Eucalyptus radiata, Peppermint, Tea Tree, Rosemary

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Ravensara Aromatica Leaf Oil

Recommended Dose and Use:
Adults: 1 – 12 Drop(s); 1 – 3 time(s) per day.

Direct Inhalation: Apply 1-6 drops of undiluted essential oil to a tissue and inhale occasionally. Use up to 3 times per day.

Steam Inhalation: Add 3-12 drops of undiluted essential oil to a bowl of steaming water. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5 to 10 minutes. Up to 3 times per day.

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops in a burner or diffuser full of hot water.
