Medicinal Use:
Used in aromatherapy as a nervine and calmative; to help relieve joint and muscle pain associated with a sprain, strain, and rheumatoid arthritis; to help relieve headache, and as a carminative and antispasmodic for symptomatic relief of digestive discomfort.

Non-medicinal Use:
Add to your blends for aid in dandruff treatment.  Decreases irritability and drowsiness, and inability to concentrate. Refreshing and stimulating.
