Less is more!

Always remember, less is more! One does not need to be an aromatherapist to use pure Essential Oils, but one does need to respect the power of the oils!

Essential Oils are for external use only.

Dilute Essential Oils before using. Carrier oils such as Sweet Almond, Grapeseed, Jojoba, or our own blend of Pure Unscented Body & Massage Oil are recommended.

Avoid exposure of applied area(s) to the sun. For photo-sensitive Essential Oils (e.g. Citrus Oils), do not expose the applied area to the sun for 24 to 48 hours after application.

Keep Essential Oils out of reach of children.

Do not use Essential Oils while pregnant or breastfeeding.

Consult a health care practitioner before use with asthma, epilepsy, heart disease or high blood pressure.

Keep out of sunlight and store in a cool place in amber or cobalt blue bottles. Cap tightly.

Keep Essential Oils away from your eyes. If you get oil in your eyes, rinse with VEGETABLE OIL, not water!

If accidental ingestion occurs, seek urgent medical attention or contact a Poison Control Centre. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a health care practitioner.

If you experience nausea, dizziness, headaches, or an allergic reaction, discontinue use.
