Muscle Relief Essential Oil Blend

Used in aromatherapy to help relieve joint and muscle pain associated with sprains, strains, and rheumatoid arthritis.

Medicinal Ingredients:
Grapefruit, Lemongrass, Eucalyptus globulus, Juniper, Lavender, Chamomile, Peppermint, Rosemary, Ginger

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Sweet Birch, Myrtus communis Leaf

Recommended Dose and Use:
Adults: 2 – 10 Drop(s); 1 – 3 time(s) per day.

Local Application:
Mix 2 to 10 drops in 10 ml of a carrier. Apply to the affected area up to 3 times per day.

Body Massage:
Mix 2 drops in 10 ml of a carrier. Apply once daily.

Add 2-8 drops of undiluted essential oil with the same amount of liquid soap before adding it to the bath. Mix the water gently. For maximum benefit, remain in the bath for 10 minutes. Use 2 drops of undiluted essential oil the first time and increase by 1 drop per bath up to a maximum of 8 drops. Use once daily.
