Medicinal Use:
Used in aromatherapy as a nervine and calmative; to help relieve joint and muscle pain associated with sprain, strain, and rheumatoid arthritis; to help relieve headache; as a carminative and antispasmodic for symptomatic relief of digestive discomfort; and to help relieve colds and cough.

Non-medicinal Use:
May aid in accelerating hair growth.  Comforting.  Good for balancing, irritability, mental distraction, inner acceptance, and fear.  A great addition when creating your own blends.
